Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $330,000
Cash invested: $80,000

Purchased this 4 Unit Off Market. Remodeled 3 of the 4 units. All New Wiring, Plumbing, appliances, Countertops, Kitchen Cabinets, Bathroom Ceramic Tile.
