I think people who pay to live in little old houses in downtown neighborhoods accept the lack of dining room as part of the "charm".

Is that like a Realtor euphemesim when they call a space "cozy" to mean tiny, or "vintage charm" to mean that it  is totally outdated? 

I agree a Pure Berkshire County REIA would probably not be sustainable, however I imagine that if we encompassed parts of southern Vermont, and Also Eastern New York (much like the local Chamber Of Commerce does here) then it could be a successful group.

House is as cute as a button with tons of old world character and charm.
