You can do that all in one letter cc everyone etc.I spoke to the head of Long Beach Development Services yesterday.

When it comes to paying the credit card bill, I'm assuming I have to itemize the expenses on the CC statement according to each property and pay out each amount from their respective bank account?

Cozy property management system will allow you to accept rent via CC, and not incur fees. 

I have mild credit card debt that stems from the purchase of the duplex I reside,(had to live off CC for a few months) however that debt is manageable.

Fortunately, even with the 14 point fall, I am still above 800 so it is more a peeve than any impact.Curious if others have seen an unexpected drop to their credit scores.Ya I just don't get it I have never ever missed a payment in 47 years of having credit NOT ONE.. so to me I should be perfect.we run some business through our CC but they are paid in full each and every month.. so just not sure.. and my commercial credit which can be 5 million plus is not reported to fico.. :) 

We then show the unit and if we still like each other we do a more thorough screen including background and CC.

That's crazy policy, I don't think any host should accept that.I have had 2 chargebacks on VRBO in the last 12 months, in both cases, my so-called Premier Partner Rep calls to threaten that they 'll take me off the platform if I don't sign their authorization to debit the account, I reply they can't since this was not in place when I first signed with the new CC company, and paid my annual fee, and no party to a contract can unilaterally change things....

Or the CC's could lower the limits as lending becomes more restrictive.
