The problem stems from the fact most insureds do not take the time to read and understand the contract until there is a problem. 

Back in 2021 I bought vacant land from seller that promised me that cannabis permits could be transferred to me and sold it to me for 136.5k  , however later on city council said cannabis permits can not be transferred.

Most times, it just stems from greed.

 Current supply and demand problem stems from too much regulation at the state level.

IMO, there is no right or wrong answer, beyond that 3 months that really stems from lending requirements.

My question stemmed from an encounter with a lender where all was well until I was asked what my experience was.

Often this stems from unhealthy beliefs around money or wealth.

Unfortunately, not even the best drug tests will tell you whether an applicant is sticking to cannabis cup winning strains or if they’re on the swag.

All - Looking to start a conversation here...I have a unique offer on my rental home from a company offering luxury cannabis retreats to their clients in legal recreational markets. 

Putting up 100k for flip deals in a heated market where deals are few and money is cheap, it seems like potentially a lot of risk for 8-10%, but i think that mostly stems from fear of the unknown.
