My name is Ethan, I am a brand new college student and I have been kind of stunned by what I have heard on BP, as I have listened and read books through High School.

Floating vinyl is cheap and easy to install, but unless you get a better brand you are likely going to be replacing it in 5 or 6 years due to seems coming apart with the cheaper interlocking tabs breaking under stress.

So while it feels like I’m making the right decision by looking elsewhere, and Phil’s brand is, at best, tarnished to me by this experience, has anyone had legitimate, W-2 income replacing success through Freedom Mentor?

I did most of this research in August 2020 so of course things may change, and I may have missed a thing or two, but I figured it might be useful to have an overview of some prominent brands if anyone else is as overwhelmed starting their search as I was.The brands I considered were all click-lock installation floating floors at least 5mm think, in the ~$2-4 price range, and all claim to be waterproof, scratch resistant, and stain resistant. 

I still really want the Sand Springs duplex to work and since there are multiple and brand new, that's the direction I would focus.

I recently purchased and rented out a new build townhome and after 2 months, the tenant is asking me if she can added a few cameras around the property and change out the brand new Ring doorbell. 

You can buy a new one brand name for around 300-700 dollars, depending on brand, and get it installed for $200, or do it yourself with some basic skills and youtube video.
