I am proposing Monday Aug 29th at 5 or so at the Broken Top Bottle Shop. 

Buy a bottle of Liquid Plumber, follow instructions and the problem is probably solved.

As a direct spray I do like using rubbing alcohol ( high alcohol content) in a spray bottle , a little more natural  and tolerant then store sprays 

one of them flushed a shampoo bottle down the toilet but they paid for that. honestly besides girlfriends/boyfriends sleeping over more than my contract allows, no other big issues.

YEP -- he grabs the wrong bottle (it contained bleach) and spot cleans several rooms of the house (5 bedroom home), and totally ruins all the carpet in a 2,800 sq ft home.  

But when you own a "D Class" 39 unit apartment complex  with not one single tenant moving out in almost a year, you feel like you have captured lightning in a bottle and are not prone to trust someone else to keep the lid on. 

I might also buy some premium beer and leave a few bottles in the fridge. 

I've come home and all my pictures are slanted and wine bottles have come off the rack off the wall.

If there is a group coming for a mom's night out - they really appreciate a bottle of wine!

We do the same thing, we've bought 2 Kmarts, this grocery store, and an old bottling warehouse across the southeast this year for storage conversion conversion projects, and one storage facility that is an expansion project.
