Smells bad to me. 

This is a business of *Fires *Damages *Vehicles left behind *Clutter left behind *Hoarders *Dirty Carpeting and walls *and Left behind vehicles *Not to mention really nasty stuff that smells bad!!!

I did not want to replace the tubs, and the refinished tub looked much better than before.If you are using it on a higher end rental or on your personal residence, you may have higher expectations.Please note that you should definitely have a lot of air circulation (ventilation) in the room - the smell/fumes are quite strong. 

The sulfur smell discourages many homes buyers in the area, but I often hear that is why the town is thriving.

Typically, removing smells from drywall/sheetrock requires either complete removal and replacement or the use of stain blocker primer paints or other chemicals.

Be sure to ask your agent about things that the camera doesn't pick up like smells or sloping or spongy floors.

The markets are hot everywhere, boots on the ground, eyes and ears, and personal experience along with smell, sniff, and eye tests are what will make real money moving forward, not another way for people to be investors without doing the work.

Then complain they smell and need to be cleaned.
