A beautiful spacious kitchen can make or break a rental.

The problem with in door storage in multi level buildings, is you generally have to build it all at once and it takes longer to get to break even. 

An easier path to break into a new market might be investing in turnkey properties with a reputable team. 

I get a pretty big tax break now (or then) Depreciation.  

But am personally breaking off shortly.

It worked she said she was having a bad day and a replacement to answer the phones while she took a coffee break still hadn't shown up and they were short handed that day and she hadn't even had lunch yet, she answered my questions and finally her replacement showed up.

My wife and I don't want to follow the scale up construction company model (we already did and it wasn't the best).We do a lot of labor on our projects and are looking in to the future and realizing our bodies will not hold out over time.

He just informed me he got a job in another city and may need to break the lease early.
