Try:1 - running out of money2 - needing to work harder at your job to pay for someone else to live in your house3 - bleeding your seed money you could use for future investments...there's more, but it just gets worse.Buying a cash flow property with negative cash flow, is like a hockey team starting the game out by spotting the other team a goal...and every period spotting them another goal.

@Andrew Johnson  they self manage.. its a JOB big time and all consuming.. you cannot make a go of it out sourcing management and repairs you will bleed to death.
