So you are willing to pay a commission, willing to work with agents, limit the exposure of the property by just the few networking groups you are a part of and expect to sell at the same price as those fully advertised across the platforms that 90% of buyers see?

I don't know much about real estate CRMS although I've had plenty of experience with regular sales platforms, (ie. hubspot, salesforce, zoho, pipedrive, etc) I didn't want to have to sift through all the cars, but it's looking as though I may to see what fits.

I am not sure about the unattended showings, but as far as I know they were at the property showings for my buddy.Also, I don't see Nomad as a full service property management I see it more as an in between where someone wants to try to self manage a property with a little help being able to use their platforms and streamline things like leasing and customer portal for a smaller fee than a full service would charge.

.- You may be charged back for something that was done months ago (that will catch you completely by surprise when you have no money left at the end of the month and may even owe them);- They also advertise vacant units on rental platforms with weird fees (which you'll find out later when looking for your unit's ad online).
