Since I've had 10 years framing houses and construction and a few years  remodeling homes, I did everything myself (with the help of family members of course).

I'm looking to do a remodel in Stone Mountain, specifically a major kitchen update.

I’m estimating the re model will cost 10k (so plan for 13), and the additional property about 17K with around 10k re modeling.I’m unsure if I should seek two loans one for each house or bundle them together.

Our group has enjoyed partnering with a number of California investors who help fund Phoenix remodel and new build projects.

I have bought a foreclosure beach front condo, I have remodeled it and it is beautiful!  

& I would do all the remodeling part with my crew and I have connects to get materials cheap for us just keep me in mind if you do that again 

I'm certain this is a good deal but I'm a bit apprehensive because, for 1) its outside of my Houston area Market so overseeing a rehab would be quite difficult 2) With such a large home we would face some financial challenges with doing a complete remodel.

@Desirae PutzierPlease explain to me how my purchasing an old, run-down foreclosure and cleaning it up followed by a remodel would constitute an "abatement" of a meth-contaminated property?

I've remodeled my own house in Brooklyn, but I'm not familiar with great Rochester area contractors... yet!
