However, I can't think of innovative ways to prevent the AC condenser from being stolen since it's outside of the house, and these bad guys can still jump over the fence and steal the condenser.

It is minutes from University City and all the innovation and expansion going on there; minutes away from boat house row and the Art Museum area... all the culture and outdoor recreation you want; minutes away from the Philadelphia Zoo, which I am betting will continue its building and expansion; within walking distance of the Mann and Memorial Hall; finally transportation, several bus routes in the area and the 76 expressway a stones throw away.With that said it is a bit of a rough neighborhood.

Public deed and tax still list the original owner, state (ma) financial statement list the owner as preforclosed in Nov 15.Sorry if I seem confused, i am, still very very new and learning, all I know is: yes current numbers do not work, but I will continue to stalk this house; anything under 200k is great (some room for ok profit), but I would black market some of my organs to get it near the 160K mark or less.
