hi there i do .R.E.O. wholesales in my case i directly deal with the banks ,to be able to sell their inventory you have to build a strong relationship that means you have to close deals with them in order to continue selling their inventory if you play games with them there's no inventory, from the buyer side we have protocols that the buyer has to signed these are contracts stateding that you will not cut us off once you have access to the source if we are not the seller mandate on some banks we are representing the bank we are the seller mandate when you buy these properties you buy them as is the res is no inspection involve it would be impossible to do an inspection on ten or more properties especially if you buy them at different areas in the USA plus the inspection should be done by the buyer that's is planing to lived at the property if he wants to fix it is hes or hers choice not all properties are damage

a lease, walk thru inspection, legally reuired brochures and documents for older buildings, maybe a list of phone numbers for utility companies if i'm feeling super helpful..other than that, nothing is necessary that i can think of...are you planing on going above and beyond??

I have neighbor who is renting, so the owner's address is different from the property address.Also since we moved there, I noticed that there is nobody in one house, the FedEx mails and notices are piling up.

Third thing, that hiring was on hold when I heard on TV that over half of the largest corps were planing on hiring in the forth quarter.Those on the political bandwagon will continue with the negative forecasts, the worse it gets, the better for them.

Apparently there wasn't enough room on the plane for Bo The Dog and Bo's handler (102K salary) so they had to fly separately on their own jet.
