Did you receive a welcome package when you moved into your rental? What did it include? What are some things that you got or would have liked to receive?

I have a three-ring binder with copies of the manuals for the various items in the house that came with manual; think of it as a sort of owner's manual for a house along the lines of what you get with a car.

That also puts all of the manuals into one place so that they are less easily misplaced. I also get to keep the originals so that they don't get misplaced by some tenant.
