i bought a list from listsource for absentee owners in my area. My question is how often should i run this list to get new absentee owners and how do i keep from paying for absentee owners i've already paid for?

I buy a list every 6 months. Listsource.com has a suppression tab that you can use for the same type of search based on the list you had used from previous leads. It allows you to update an existing list. Check it out. I will be using it in October for my next order.
