While Milwaukee is flat (0.18% population growth - I would argue it has been saved by it's more afluent areas; otherwise we'd see a big fat minus) Menomonee Falls and Sussex have seen almost 10% population growth.

I advertise on radio stations - Dallas Texas - Jacksonville and 4 talk radio stations in Baltimore Maryland - have been branding my message for years now and it has been successful ---- but expensive.I know that I will get 10 -15 good leads a month sometimes more - I know that one out of 8 is going to be a fat equity or cash cow for me - a commercial property - an estate - tax sale deal - subdivision - a warehouse - gas station - a bar with real estate.

Generally, low income earners get cut (you would think they should cut the Fat first, but that's not true), especially whom a business has no dependency on and can either increase the workload on the remaining employees or automate.

You can easily be set on the back burner if you're not a prime investor, they will always put out fires where there bread is buttered, attention goes first toward the dollars, then to the change.
