Great mission statements

If you want to improve your community's appeal, donate time, money or property ... coach the little league team, buy and plant flowers in the town park every spring. If you are dealing with any other professional such as a lender, appraiser, tradesperson etc and if they need to know be upfront and tell them you buy, fix and flip homes, or buy and rent homes to make a profit.IMHO Mission Statements are a waste of time.
