  Hello my name is Jay Wicker,

I'm looking to start wholesaling multi-family properties in the Dallas Texas area. I've been wholesaling  houses for serval years now, but now its time to step up to the big leagues.  Please point me to the a book that I should be reading. Or a video I should be watching.
