After my open house today I am going to introduce myself to the surrounding ramshackled half a million dollar hovels in the shadow of the freeway and say that I am part of an online network that helps sellers of properties find investors looking to buy.  

Hey BP,I have been a member to BP for a few weeks, but had a baby and put off introducing myself.

My wife has some experience in real estate investing and introduced me to Bigger Pockets (BP) a few months ago.

And introduce myself to the marketing, finding deals, auction and pre foreclosures.     

My experience went like this:1st meeting: total wallflower to the point of extreme awkwardness. 2nd meeting: seeing some of the same faces gives you the confidence to introduce yourself.
