@Mason Adelman real estate books will get repetitive but I would start with Rich Dad Poor Dad, Millionaire Next Door, Set for Life and any other bigger pockets book on a specific real estate strategy that interests you found in the bookstore.

BP has a bookstore market on this website, but in all honestly I ordered it from Amazon.

It's available in most bookstores, Amazon, or on the NOLO website.

I strongly recommend you listen to the podcasts and perhaps purchase a few of the books from the bookstore.

Check out any training from your brokerage, real estate agent books in the BP Bookstore, and YouTube videos from agents like Kyle Handy.

There is a book that he wrote about wholesaling and is being sold in bookstores and online which I thought was very good.
