Hey everyone :) For a while I’ve been listening to the podcast and I’m fascinated by the way real estate works over there compared to Australia.

I wonder if this is common in Canada  Australia Great Britian ext.. were you have robust RE markets and investors..... or do they just think us USA citizens are the dumbest on the planet ? 

We've reached out to all of our contacts even in Australia, the UK and Canada and have been selling them on the fact that it generates rental income like a residential property but without the leaky toilets and late paying tenants.

I'm considering to move to Florida, Washington D.C, Texas or even other countries as Australia, Sweden, Hong Kong or Singapore and I need to know what are the things you have to look at before I move and invest in a place I don't know from a real estate investor perspective.

I would definitely explore that option if I had that available to me, but being from Australia and living in SoCal since arriving here has made exploring out of state much more difficult. 

I would like to know the rules for IRS as well for bringing in foreign capital.I know that most Myanmar investors are buying properties in Singapore, Bangkok, Australia, New Zealand and England.
