Personally, I fully accept that text is among the lowest converting mediums but I also know that there are things we are missing that could drive conversions.

But that rate-ship sailed a year ago and Private money lenders are like leprechauns, they are very quite, hidden, and you try to follow the end of the rainbow but can never quite find the exact spot they’re in among the trees! 

Should we specify in the lease that the utilities will be split equally among the tenants?  

The key is to make your rental stand out among the hundreds on Airbnb/VRBO.

Or can I use the comparable sales of similar beds and baths of duplex, triplex and divide the purchased price among the units to come up with a price per unit and project that number to a 4plex?
