I realized, the land with Rail Road is not in Fort Worth, it is further north near Pilot Point.

That's north of 2030. 

No real changes up here in North Jersey.

Potential locations for my first buy preferably somewhere close to where I reside (Virginia, Maryland, or North Carolina).

@Samuel Ksiazkieicz and @Amy LuThere are various companies like foremost, diamond preferred, Aegis, North Pointe.. based on location, rental loss coverage, swimming pool in property or not, pets etc.; the rates are different for various locations.Normally, I use an agent; who helps to locate the  best price. 

Other areas would be north of SB or even in San Luis Obispo.I'm in the Tahoe area in Nevada and there are some good opportunities in Reno and Carson City. 

Funny thing, the buyer’s attorney (Robert L Morton/North Raleigh Law Firm) was initially ESCROW MGR, when my sale was active before termination.

With comparable properties reaching north of 800k and selling under a week on market and over asking this is a home run any way you slice it.

Most of my clients purchase turnkey investment properties in areas like Old North, Merion Village, Southern Orchards, Old Towne East/King-Lincoln Bronzeville, Driving Park, North Linden, North Hilltop, Franklinton, Reynoldsburgh, and Hungarian Village.

I would focus on areas up north like Linden and areas on the west side of Columbus, like Franklinton and Hilltop.
