I almost got sucked into a Guru workshop until I found review on BP, since I have taken the REI fundamentals course and started listening to podcasts and reading blogs.

The ones I see offered are like luncheons, breakfast networking events, monthly meetings, and random workshops.  

I have been presented an opportunity to help lease out roughly 2,000 square feet of workshop space.

Type a curriculum and make a list of training materials, then schedule and advertise a workshop.

I believe they just had the show and I **think** you can get videos of the educational workshops online.

I also have my RE license and give local financial workshops monthly.

We are doing a three day workshop starting tonight, special guest speaker JOHN LEIS, is going to be teaching no money down techniques, improving cashflow and building a legacy on Thursday and fri.

His workshops are kind of sad when you survey the mix in the audience all hoping for a home run miracle to provide the answers to their dreams.  

I am also attending another free workshop this Monday 3/21 with @Douglas Skipworth .
