Hi, I'm Julia Shevchenko, and I recently reignited my passion for REI. I used to flip and buy and hold with my mother ten years ago in Northern California, Modesto area. I just finished my BBA with concentration in Entrepreneurship and eager to start a career and continue learning. I almost got sucked into a Guru workshop until I found review on BP, since I have taken the REI fundamentals course and started listening to podcasts and reading blogs. That was two days ago! This place is AMAZING!!! My goal right now is to find a team/mentor that I could work with to learn Wholesales, fix and flips, buy and holds. Then, eventually get into rental complexes for steady income and a diversified portfolio. The market here in Southern California is intimidating due to high prices and competition, but I think that's a great learning environment. Looking forward to meeting the community over coffee and blogs. Stay classy!
