My PM ended up reporting to her supervisor what kind of nonsense this was and they ended up sending someone else out and they magically "Passed" the unit :-)As for being worried about a Govt.

I have stayed in corporate housing and they are nice, unfortunately, there is none I could find on the location I was looking and I don't want to be farther than 20 min driving from my work place (Hill AFB).

@Brandon Modisette Your tax office should have some control and I would think you would have to go through them on this.I would call back and ask for a supervisor, manager or the Tax Collector.

Right or wrong, those reasons were our motivation for looking at MF property.What we ended up buying was a package of 18 one-bedroom condos in a city nearby my workplace, from a landlord who had accumulated them in blocks over the past 20 years, paying $400k for the package.

Fax the Supervisor at PSE&G proof of ownership (a copy of your deed, for example), and they will open a new account in your name.Then the new Tenant can transfer into their name.
