It must make the 2% rule and I strive for 3% or better.  

So I enrolled in an online course and studied independently at work and at home, and began striving to read one book per week.

I strive to be one of them.

It is amazing with all the kids on this site that want to make big bucks that representing buyers and seller sof multi million dollar props and the associated commissions that go with them is not more discussed or something to strive for. 

However, due to my health issues (wheelchair), I think we need to strive for an even greater income stream in our future.But I'm starting to run into a few problems...finding a lender to finance a fifth home (we have 3+ our current home), reducing the loan acquisition costs, finding properties that provide a similar return in a market where prices are going up, and finding the funds to invest.I have found on-line forums on different subjects to be a terrific way to learn new things, and I expect nothing less here.  

What kind of returns does everyone else strive to get in their respected areas?

I'm already there, but wish I knew of the community while I was striving for financial independence.Yes, I'm glad I got into short term rentals. 

The only other option is to find homes OFF the MLS which is what it seems like most flippers strive for.  

I am striving to get to that point in the near future. 

It's nice to see fellow millennials who have a sense of delayed gratification and strive for financial freedom!
