oh wait - what happened to the rule of senior lien wiping off junior. what if the condo lien is the first lien. and the mortgage is not in default and so there's no bank lien.even if the house is in default with mortgage lien - if the condo lien is first - wont that do the trink.i know it wont - just trying to understand if theres an exception to this rule here?

Let them think it is a private third party who, while cooperative with you, calls their own shots.This is not strange in this day and age as they are a lot of private loans.I transact often with one particular title company, have a good relationship with one senior closing officer and tell him everything.He knows me, trusts me, understands what I'm doing, and even guides me on what to do.

I know too many senior citizens that have to spend their savings as interest rates aren't giving them the income they used to count on and most of their longer-term, higher-rate CDs have expired.
