Buying Auction (Court House Steps)

Good Evening All,

So I found a property that I really like but as you can imagine I am a bit nervous to go after it without knowing everything about it. Based on what I am ready as of now, I see the property was foreclosed based on HOA dues owed....How can I truly find out what I am getting into on this property before heading to the courthouse on the first of the month?

I need to know truly my financial hit on this property and I would LOVE TO KNOW the starting bid if all possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciate it.
