My husband and I are interested in real estate as a way to work for ourselves. We'll probably try a mix of rentals and flips (mostly because we had so much fun renovating our house).

My husband is from New Zealand, and I am from the US. We want to get back to NZ, if we are able to work for ourselves, because we miss the relaxed atmosphere, beaches, and fresh fruit. We do not miss the houses there, since they are a bit below the US standard.
