I just know he can’t grt the loan alone or at least he wasn’t able to 3 years ago and thinks he still can’t.He’s adamant about no roommates but I was wondering if he could do it temporarily to boost income but it seems like it’s far longer than he’s willing.

Looks like she needs documentation.We don't have such a law but we had a situation where one roommate had an order of protection filed against the other.

So the duplex is both 3bed 1bath, one side is rented currently with the other vacant which I will move into, I will also have 2 roommates on my side to gain more income.
