I'm interested in networking with investors who want to purchase multifamily assets in the Michigan or Ohio markets.

I am now looking at Columbus, Cincinatti or Cleveland in OH. 

I also know of a good RE agent/investor that can find you good cash flowing houses in Columbus, OH.

I was thinking I can use those funds for the down payment and closing costs for turn Key properties in Ohio.
