She quickly went to find someone else to talk to.Lots of folks renting out STRs these days are upset by the level of recent competition in the marketplace.

I would recommend just posting on Facebook Marketplace instead of starting a Facebook group.

I’ve been marketing them as I usually do on Craigslist, FB Marketplace, eBay everyday.

From what I seen on Zillow, market place, asking co-workers, and Facebook, rent for 2 bed 1 bath is roughly 900-1100 a month.

It’s detective work, for sure, but you can usually get what you need.We spent most of 2018 building our MHP database of owners in larger metros of 30 states.  

One great advantage in my market place, is that now the buyer won't have to deal with the C/O, as the seller had to deal with that when he bought it. 

I saw someone post in the Marketplace with a duplex offering in Ewing for something like $105K.

In the entire building those board were the only ones that were not physically removed or chemically stripped.I do know that XRF will detect that lead and have been told that I should notify an inspector/risk assessor of that situation otherwise it will be assumed that the surface of those boards are painted with lead paint.It is notable too that in the year ~1990 I had a blood level of 8 ug/dl.
