Perhaps a building that needs remodeled inside and out in order to get it into a retail-ready outlet. 

Here's a list of the improvements:-Replaced the roof-Landscaped the front yard with new sod, shrubs, flowers, mulch, etc.

She did the remodel and put in a deep kitchen sink and a disposer, and the disposer outlet is too high in relation to the drain's wall connection, so the disposer is always half filled with water. 

Another is lack of sufficient outlets.

SFRs- we take care of trees and shrubs, tenant takes care of mowing, edging, and flower/vegetable beds.Maintenance Issues: We take care of all maintenance & repair.

Hey Josh, My condo is next to the Settler's Green outlets.  

Most of the things they inspect are fairly obvious (new paint, clean carpet, safe electrical outlets, etc.).

this will provide us with some marketing information (cost will run about $600)...we're going to post ads in a major newspaper and several local papers, as well as craigslist and various online outlets.
