section 8 areas

ive purchased 2 properties in a low income area and most of the tenants that are interested in the unit are section 8. can anyone give me some input on section 8? I've tried to search the net for info but i haven't had any luck.any input will help.

I've been looking into buying some section 8 rentals lately and I found a great book on the subject "The Section 8 Bible " available at www.section8bible.com Its a little expensive but it had alot of useful info in an easy to read format.
