Buying (Retail or General Commercial) - Palm Beach County Area(s)

Hi all, 

I have been (and still am) trying to find commercial (preferably retail, or with the potential to be converted to retail) properties in Palm Beach County area(s). The perfect property would be one that has potential, but needs significant upgrades done to make it appealing. Perhaps a building that needs remodeled inside and out in order to get it into a retail-ready outlet. 

I'm new to this site, but wanted to post here to see if this yields any ideas or contacts. I need someone motivated to help me find what I'm looking for. Cash buyer, and highly motivated pending the right opportunity.
