My ultimate goal is to save up enough money to invest in a fix and flip property(which my family has been doing for a while) and live in it, until I rent it out and use the equity for another home.For any real estate agents or professionals in general, how do you find consistant deals?

One is a 10-day notice to comply or quit and the other would be a notice of termination of the month to month lease (30 days here).It looks like NY may be 30 days for the fix or quit and 90 days for the termination of the lease notice.

-A water heater issue resulted in repeated mismanagement—confusing unit assignments—leading to extra costs to fix the same issue 3 times and on each occasion "more fixes" needed to the water heaters that I plumber said was needed.
