My ultimate goal is to save up enough money to invest in a fix and flip property(which my family has been doing for a while) and live in it, until I rent it out and use the equity for another home.For any real estate agents or professionals in general, how do you find consistant deals?

Their business model is interesting and has a couple different exits strategies when getting a property under contract.

How that gets fixed I have no idea, I'm sure it is a problem on every forum out there.....but it bogs down the Forum and wastes people's time more than anything else IMHO... 

A couple things:Personally, I loathe the arbitrage model.

Had to spend additional money to get everything fixed.  

One is a 10-day notice to comply or quit and the other would be a notice of termination of the month to month lease (30 days here).It looks like NY may be 30 days for the fix or quit and 90 days for the termination of the lease notice. 

Model Units?

Tell them you strive for a 5 star experience.Have your automated checkout message say if there is any reason they don't think you deserve a 5 star review to contact you first and see if there is anything you can fix.

-A water heater issue resulted in repeated mismanagement—confusing unit assignments—leading to extra costs to fix the same issue 3 times and on each occasion "more fixes" needed to the water heaters that I plumber said was needed.
