Our firm hopes to make a small dent in this problem by acquiring mobile home parks that have meaningful vacancy and infilling new homes for families that desperately need respectable, clean shelter at a price point they can afford.

The owner may have reservations with this part of the arrangement.Why would they agree to this, desperation or more rent than they could get on the open market. or you have to guarantee rent in some way.

You may attract more desperate people, or people planning ahead or wanting a neighborhood or school district.
