Since my last post was removed here is a better pictorial representation to bypass the irony filters:In fairness the question may have been serious so I will try to avoid being a complete jerk and say that if such a miracle site existed everyone on BP would immediately be instantly wealthy (on paper at least) and many investors would be investing in ridiculously risky investments.  

I wonder if that's more of a regional business culture.

People like to talk about this business like it doesn't require money and there are people that get wealthy that way but there are also people that win the lottery. 

Stephanie, I think one of the best strategies to build financial security and long term wealth is buy and hold.

Are there any unique circumstances or cultural considerations/preparations to know about?

It really is a great state with natural beauty and pockets of cultural richness.  

I have very wealthy friends that arw willing to work with me so i came here to ask questions.

Granted the RR has been fairly consistent between 5-10% and even up to 15%, some neighborhoods have been more adamant to meet and negotiate deals (which I believe stems from the demographic, average age of the residential area, and simply the culture of the neighborhood) My skill sets and insight into print marketing has been key in building an emotional response, and thus providing qualified leads.

Ithaca is a beautiful city with a great culture.
