Inspiring music for years and investors with keen ears)For living outside the ACL (Austin City Limits) . . . here's my take. 

We like Austin TX because we are big music lovers, and it seems like Austin TX just keeps growing.  

It then goes into hold music, but I didn't stay on the line with that very long. 

First I have used the BP tools to see if this would be a good fit/deal for my current situation…Second, I have composed a letter to the faith-based organization notifying them of my interest in their property.

Later I found out Nashville did not have regulations on buildings and the result was many long term tenants were leaving as they could no longer put up with poor management from hosts that allowed parties, loud music at all hours, etc.

If you don't like country music don't go to a country bar.

Are tenants blasting music from open windows, do you smell a lot of "medicinal" marijuana, does it seem well lit.Asking management: How long have you worked here? 

We have a commercial office building and our real estate agent plans on using the standard lease form to compose the lease.

My current hobbies include reading, music, movies, camping, hiking, snowboarding and anything MMA.I consider myself a "Jack of all trades" type of person and my work history speaks for that.

It's a popular hang out with food trucks and live music (pre-COVID, anyway).
