An oven that worksThese are the major things I am trying to work through with the seller that I don't find unreasonable.I purposefully added in a list of the things I will be taking on to show good faith and reflect that they far outnumber the list I am requesting for them to either reimburse me for or fix.I assume that they did not see everything and not take the time to properly read and identify each section of the document to mean different things, I bolded, underlined & highlighted the titles.I also included pictures of each issue I did request to be repaired/reimbursed for clarity of what the problem is and where to find it in the house.

I will say, if you pick a bold color, it has to make sense-- don't put it on a 800 sq ft rancher in a rural area, if other houses nearby are picking stronger colors, it will fit in, but if it's the only non-white/grey... it will look odd.
