You’re going to live with your tenant and things can get awkward when they say “I don’t have money for rent right now” and you see them having new toys and beer all the time.

It may be awkward at times but it’s the best for both of you.

That is the most awkward thing I have seen on BP.

To anyone who is new at wholesaling and taking the advice to call investors and build your buyers list, you are nothing more than a telemarketer and your coach is suggesting busy work to avoid the awkward conversation that finding off-market deals is very hard.
