Hi everyone, A co-worker of mine recently told me about Landlord Credit Bureau.Seems like they have desirable opportunities for both landlords and tenants that use the service. 

Also because I’ll be doing one year lease terms my stipulating a co-sign provides protection against vacancy/ missed rent and typical “college” vandalism.

A college graduate needs a co-signer to qualify to rent a ROOM (???)

I wasn't expecting a co-signer to enter into the mix. 

I own a co-op as my primary residence and have toyed with the idea of house hacking but I really like where I live and would have to move to a little rough area to make the numbers work, which I decided against.  

I told a co worker about real estate and the benefits and he said "that's a lot of work!".

Check with your local MLS office as to how they take care of commissions under a co-op arrangement if you are a member, if you expect any sales commision as a buyer.

Can he can get a co-signer or joint applicant on the HELOC or cash-out refi?
