It's a really beautiful property and only 5 mins away from Golf Course. 1 master bedroom with 1 master bathroom. 2 regular bedroom with walk in closet.

There are no closets upstairs but plenty of room for bed, dresser, toybox, etc.I'm hoping to market this through section 8 as a 3 bedroom rental. 

Just a couple of weeks ago, a guest called me because "the linen closet is in disarray."

Also, there would be one less usable closet for my resident.

If bagged concrete meets your needs - have you considered going that route and just renting a portable mixer?

To the right is the commode and shower, to the left is a walkin closet.  

Id have to call the MLS to check the rules  but it could count as a bedroom as long as it has a closet and is above grade.
