I am a 30 year old male and I am having financial problems even tho I earn a really good monthly salary.Now that the hard part is out of the way, I am just happy to be in this place and for all the info/stories that are shared here (still a lot of reading ahead), but since I am living in Europe (and not the rich part of it) I am looking for people that are familiar with the market here or are from Romania (that would be just amazing). ..so, if anyone out there is familiar or close to where I am from, please drop a "hello", don't be shy.The rest of the readers, I am still getting familiar with English terminologies that are used for basically being proficient in this business.Thank you, Istvan

Rewind two week I had requested the tenants to complete estoppel agreements, but the listing agent said none of the tenants spoke English and the seller lives out of state, so this would be impossible.
