I'm not interested in solely "the best rate" but I'm interested in HELOCs with good features.For example, some banks/credit unions/etc do 90-95% CLTV HELOCS with a desktop/automated appraisal. 

About $30 for a desktop opinion by a realtor/broker.About $250-$300 for an appraisal/BPO which involve physically driving and sometimes entering properties.

I thought of going to desktop, but if I did I would like to host it somehow.

.- google street view: steel gated strom doors, cars without wheels, trash and groups of people standing around... you get the idea- trulia crime maps: used to be green/yellow/red - they changed to shades of blue, I guess for PC.

The lender will perform a desktop appraisal but they will typically have a short view on the value of the property to protect the company’s investment which means you will be coming out of pocket more.

Hi all,I’m planning to be down in Polk county next week Thursday 01/07/19 so I can attend the PC RIEA meeting and stay over the weekend to meet and start a relationships with other Investors, RE agents, (wholesalers?)

The trick to doing this affectively turned out to be my figuring out how to export my Redfin favorites into spreadsheet format (hint: use their desktop version of their website to export).
