Is there somewhere I can pay for a professional ARV calculation?
I'm a first time home buyer first time investor. I found a property that I am interested in. 105k asking. When I run comps myself I get ~130k ARV, my realtor is pulling 160k ARV. The neighborhood supports his numbers pretty well, and I'm so new that I don't trust mine.. but I am still uncomfortable. Is there somewhere I can get a second opinion? I am willing to pay. There has got to be a service out there like a former appraiser that uses the same methods of evaluation etc..?
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance
