However there is a floor drian 10 feet away . shoud i move on this property. 

I am currently thinking about sleeping in the detached garage & converting it to a live-able space or sleeping in an office space converted to a bedroom on the first floor.

That cost $2,300I went with a local artist who did the mural and the one by the pool for $4,200.Flooring is 4 large rugs with rug pads.Gaming systems are PS5 and Xbox One.You can see from my setup that a sofa/sleeper could easily add a queen bed capacity.

I lived in Ponce for a year across from the Catholic University on the 15th floor in a decent condo/apt.

Do the toilets inside flush without any blockage if you pour a bucket of water into the toilet, same for the sinks and any floor drains,?

Call the warranty company they send a guy he shows up and says he will not do the job because it is the 12th floor.

There was a leak, but no re-piping was needed and the floor warping did not have to be re-done.

New floors and carpet, all bathrooms and kitchen needed updating.

Try to avoid doing anything else that requires permits....in other words, paint, flooring, cabinets...are all fine.Or is it too late for that?
