Not for the faint of heart for sure.This post resonated with me because there is a lot of rah-rah out there about one-upping others based on ego and various forums of virtue signaling. 

I just tried calling again and got a busy signal.

For Dick & Jane homeowner, who buy 1-3 properties in their lifetime, they can provide more value around negotiation, financing options, etc.Both of the above scenarios signal the need for fewer agents and a devaluation (or realisation depending on your thoughts about realtors) of the service they provide.However, those agents who can take a set of criteria and bring back a handful of viable candidate properties - many of which are not yet on the market - will continue to add value to Investors and will earn their commission (or consultation fees).  

Instead the caller is getting a busy signal.

They need a solution which displays well on the phone and which will work when they can not get a mobile signal (in basements, on a subway, etc).

Look for the signal in the noise. 

While the Fed has signalled that it will cut rates three times in 2024, and I believe them, any projections for what will happen after that are a coin flip. 

In almost all states "copies" are useless if you need to take any kind of legal action.The best way is to create three originals and both parties sign all three.

Were this being done by mail or smoke signal then that's how I'd expect the return communication.
