@Kathy FettkeI went through the full listings at your website and found limited inventory because you've got so much demand that it's hard to keep the shelves stocked.

That was the first book I read since about middle school too, and now I have multiple shelves of everything real estate, money, and business!

Had to do a ton of work remodeling the place (paint, some new flooring, carpet in bedrooms, kitchen countertops, added dishwasher, over range microwave and open shelving instead of upper cabinets).

Without the downpayment options offered by the FHA, I would have to give-up/shelve my ambitions of owning in San Diego for the aforementioned reasons.I think that I will be focusing primarily on multi-family because I like the aspect of multiple payees of rent versus an individual for a SFH.

If for example you are trying to get 60,000 houses in nice areas for 800 rents etc. those properties around here fly off the shelves.

You also need enough individual "personal products" storage areas in kitchen and baths...just identifiable shelves, drawers, or cabinets that you can label A,B,C,D, with each room (also labeled A,B,C,D) responsible for their specific storage spaces.

If the MLS properties are flying off the shelves then you will need to go off market or change your area.
